How you stood by me and got justice for me.

We met through one of your trainees who happens to be my former church member.

He lied to be your co-broadcaster and was collecting huge amount of money from me and mum for the promotion of my song on your program on faaji FM, not knowing he was actually spending the money for his personal use and the care of his family.

My song ran on your program every week and I thought my money was been utilised. After the launching of the album, some truth began to unfold as people actually thought the said man was Mr Opalapatira and was using your name to make money about.

I called you one day and asked why my song stopped running and you were like “I’m just helping you because I know you through my trainee and see a star in you”..

I was dumbfounded and that was how you got to know I’ve been duped.

You made sure the criminal was arrested and brought to justice, and I told you I’m done with music! You said “No!, you’re not there yet”!…

“Don’t give up and don’t be discouraged”

You invited me to an interview on your program at LTV8 which was my first time on Television and you showed me to the whole world without collecting a KOBO.

You introduced me to a well known talented producer in the industry, My oga So-So Peter  who produced another album for me with 60% discount cause of you and the remaining money was shared between you and my mum to help me achieved my 3rd album.

That was how i made it back to music and I give glory to God for restoring me with all I lost through you Daddy Olorioko Dare Best-Alabi. I had plans for you but you didn’t just wait for me to do that which I wished to do for you. (Ki ló de!) Why! why!!

Whenever I asked: “Oga why do you do things for free” you said: ” All I ever wish for, is for people to remember me when GONE! and say “AM THE REASON WHY THEY NEVER GAVE UP” …

Now I understand, and now I can say YOU ARE THE REASON WHY I DID’NT GIVE UP.

You are a HERO, an ANGEL, a MENTOR, a FATHER, a CLOSE FRIEND, an ADVISER, a MOTIVATOR and a LEGEND.
