New Immigration Rules Regarding The UK Student Visa 2021

It will enable the students to work and live in the UK for 3 years after completing a Ph. D.
They can stay and work for 2 years after completion of the Master’s degree.
The government can extend the PSW limit for the Master’s degree holders from 2 years to 4 years.

From 1 July 2021, international students who have successfully completed an undergraduate or master’s degree will be able to benefit from two years’ work experience in the UK upon graduation, through the new Graduate Route . Students who complete their PhD will be able to stay for three years.
