THE GAME CHANGER: HON. TAJUDEEN AJIDE YUSUFF LED ADMINISTRATION (Executive Chairman, Surulere Local Government)

It is not critic who counts; not the man who stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust, sweat a blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there’s no effort without error and shortcoming.
But who dies actually strive to the deeds; who knows great enthusiasm, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows on the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails at least fails while dating greatly, so that his place shall never be with his place, shall never be with those cold and timid souls, who neither know victory nor defeat.
Defeat is for man, and it is made for man to experience how good and bad this life is, but it would turn out to be good or as a blessing in disguise, only, if well managed before it gets beyond. That is the story line of today Surulere adminstration, he fought spiritual battle, metaphysical battle, supremacy battle, family battle and party battle, and yet, he has been able to overcome those challenges and battle’s, and today, the rest is history.

With humility and total submission, i welcome distinguished men of honour, substance, essential, elegance and sky-life into Surulere Local Government. Surulere, one of the blessed and rich Local Government in Administration, Entrepreneurship, Empowerment scheme, Innovation and Information Communication Technology of the 21st Century.
Once again, you’re welcome to Surulere, the city where men of value, moral and high level of standard comes from, the fast rising develop city, that is now being compared with Johannesburg in South Africa. It is a known fact that Surulere is one of the Local Government that have contributed immensely to the growth and development of Lagos State, and which have given the State a beautiful look infront of her mate’s.
It cannot be gainsaid about the fact that once you are outside Lagos State, and you we’re asked which part of the Lagos State you come from and you replied with Surulere, the moment that word ‘Suru’ comes out from your mouth, the next thing after that would be a warm reception and special treatment for you, because Surulere is widely regarded and respected beyond her thresholds.
From the historical book of governance of Surulere, records has clearly shown it to us that this administration is one among the best that Surulere as a Local Government have ever had, despite having a strong forces and all odds against this administration, he ( Hon. Tajudeen Ajide) still maintained an outstanding and oustonding administration so far.
Development is a process in which new ideas are used to practical problems, to modify, alter, transforming something into something different, through: infrastructural amenities, roads, electricity, provision of affordable housing and health sector, employment opportunities, empowerment program, capacity building, facilitation of investors for investment, running an all inclusive government, providing sustainable environment, equal distribution of employment, and compulsory education for all the younger one’s.
That is development, and today all these aforementioned characteristics can be attributed to this present administration of Hon. Tajudeen Ajide which Surulere Local Government have not experienced such development in decade’s.
With that been said, it is an established ground that, for a system to work perfectly, it needs the whole structures to be in place, which gave birth to the ‘System Theory’ by David Easton.
He makes us to understand that, a system involved everybody, from top to bottom, which can be organically interpreted as human beings, that is, if some part of human beings is not responding well, it would metamorphose into a slow body action, where the body would be developing either headache, body pains, psychological disorder, etc.
Furthermore, interjecting the above example into Hon. Tajudeen Ajide administration, it means that, for him to have achieve this lofty heights of development, definitely, his cabinet Members are part of the successful story, from the:

Also without forgetting the pillar in which this administration stands on, and have been the foundation for every success attached to this Government, Hon. Shakirudeen S. Ajao (Party Chairman, Surulere).
With the total support and commitment towards having an enabling environment, this administration have provided these for her people, and the praises of this administration is the topic of the town. Once a government provide the basic need of life to the people he’s governing on, then, such government is meant to get an acknowledgement and an avowal salutations, with an expression of gratitude message for him to continue with his good work.
Gratitude practice is systematically paying attention to what is going right in our life, to see the contributions that others make in these good things, and then expressing gratitude verbally and behaviorally as to stressed how germane their contributions are.
Focusing our attention on the positives also prevents the proliferation of the sort of thoughts and perceptions that are contrary to the experience engaged in. For it’s genuinely believed that thought, backed by strong desire, has a tendency to transmute itself into its physical equivalent.
Hon. Tajudeen Yusuff Ajide led administration, have been displaying leadership qualities, affirmed that’s the set of legislators have done well to have absolutely given a lifetime impact to maintain integrity of the responsibility they are being saddled with.
Collectively, they share with their community admiration and appreciation of the founding expectations. Their dedication and commitment had enabled our society to receive positive monumental attainment of heights.
In true defense of democracy, Hon. Tajudeen Ajide have arguably and tremendously set up a standard and landmark in the story book of quality governance in Surulere Local Government, and history would remember him for his great contribution in the growth and development of our society, while our parents would live to tell the story to their grandchildren about the man called Hon.
