If you have a passion for food service and customer experience, this opportunity could be your next career move. Domino’s Pizza, a globally recognized brand with a reputation for excellence in fast food and service, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join its team in Victoria, British Columbia.

This is more than just a management role—it’s an opportunity to grow within a respected brand, lead a high-energy team, and make a real impact on daily operations and customer satisfaction. If you’re ready to take ownership of a thriving location and contribute to its continued success, Domino’s wants to hear from you.

Why This Role Matters

The restaurant industry is fast-paced and customer-driven—and successful restaurants depend on strong leadership at the top. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the daily operations of the Domino’s location at 4083 Shelbourne Street. This means not just overseeing day-to-day tasks, but creating an environment where employees thrive, customers return, and business goals are met consistently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys multitasking, and understands the importance of balancing operational efficiency with top-tier customer service.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Restaurant management at Domino’s is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll need to lead by example while managing a team and ensuring that each shift runs smoothly.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and supervising daily operations, ensuring consistency and quality across all shifts.

  • Handling cash flow and reporting, including balancing cash, completing balance sheets, and preparing related financial documents.

  • Leading performance reviews and staff evaluations to improve productivity and team morale.

  • Managing inventory and ensuring that all products are well-stocked, costed effectively, and handled according to food safety standards.

  • Implementing marketing plans developed at the corporate or regional level, and adjusting strategies for local impact.

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, keeping both staff and customers protected.

  • Addressing customer concerns and creating a positive guest experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. As the face of the location, you’ll need to be on the floor, interacting with team members and customers, and making real-time decisions that impact outcomes.

Qualifications You’ll Need

To succeed in this position, you’ll need both education and experience that show you’re ready to take on leadership.

The basic requirements include:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate (minimum)

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant or food service industry

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear communication with staff and customers

While not mandatory, experience in quick-service restaurants, familiarity with POS systems, and a background in team leadership will give you a strong advantage.

Compensation and Work Schedule

The Restaurant Manager position at Domino’s offers a competitive wage of $21.00 per hour, based on a 30 to 35-hour workweek. That means consistent full-time employment with the flexibility to handle peak service hours and scheduling needs.

This is a permanent, on-site position, meaning all work must be performed at the restaurant location in Victoria. Remote work is not available for this role.

What the Work Environment Looks Like

Domino’s is known for its dynamic, high-energy work culture. In this position, you can expect:

  • A fast-paced environment where multitasking and decision-making are part of daily operations.

  • The ability to work under pressure, especially during peak hours, while maintaining attention to detail.

  • A customer-first atmosphere, where client focus and flexibility are key to success.

The team will look to you not only for direction but also for motivation. A strong leader in this role can influence everything from service times to staff morale to customer satisfaction scores.
